Moon Valley Nurseries

Once again Moon Valley Nurseries has provided excellent service. William’s and his Crew did a great job thinning and shaping my Live Oak tree. William was very professional and took the time to explain why he was trimming my tree for future growth and shaping. His crew cleaned the area very good, couldn’t tell that anything had been done. Thanks, Rickey White

Great service and an extremely knowledgeable team! Several years ago, I visited looking for fast-growing trees to create privacy from my backyard neighbors. They recommended three camphor trees, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. At the time, they also had a great deal on elm trees, so I purchased three of those as well. Every tree has been incredibly healthy, survived every freeze, and grown far beyond my expectations. The quality of the trees and the expert advice have truly paid off. I was so impressed that I recently returned and purchased another camphor tree. A special thank you to Gene at Moon Valley for the excellent guidance and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Moon Valley to anyone looking for beautiful, healthy trees and knowledgeable professionals!

My salesperson Charles is very knowledgeable and handled us with the white glove treatment when we went to purchase our Japenese Blueberry tree. He calls and texts when it's time for us to care for our tree and instructs us through with any questions we might have. Our tree is growing awesomely gorgeous. We get some many compliments for his addition to our yard. Thank you again Charles and I will continue to send customers your way!!

Excellent staff and excellent service. I had a really great experience at the nursery - everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The garden is very spacious with lots of beautiful trees, and you can tell they put effort into maintaining it. I would love to see a bit more color added to my house so I come here and I’m very pleased. Marcus was especially helpful and made the whole experience even better !!!!

Two Phases of Review: Phase1: visited Moon Nursery to shop for new trees. Wonderful and knowledgeable rep greeted us & took us around to check out various young trees to replace 26 year old Live Oak that blocked much sunlight from bushes, flowers and grass in front yard. Also many surface roots were invading driveway, sidewalk& yard. We ended up purchasing 2 young Green Emerald Blueberry evergreen trees with smaller canopies to allow more light. Moon also came out to inspect Oak Trees to see if they could handle major trimming and cut many roots. Tree stress and likely death to trees convinced us to go forward removing them. Phase2: excavation team of 4, managed by William, came out with their equipment and effectively and safely cut down, specific branches, then fell the 2 trees, cut up trees, grinded the stump and major roots, removed surface roots and cleaned up the debris. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Finished same day and even helped traffic flow on narrow street since they had their large trucks and chipper there. Very professional process let by William who rolled up his sleeves to work alongside his crew. My wife and I was kept informed what was happening. Even couple
